Rendzo Network’s Jimmy Ntintili & Joe Motsogi Tourism Pioneers Annual Lecture celebrates and honours the enduring legacy of two entrepreneurs who pioneered township tourism in South Africa in the 1980s, which has become a major segment in the industry, and contributed immensely to tourism development in general. The Lecture Series also seeks to draw from their legacy to inspire current and future generations of tourism entrepreneurs. The inaugural lecture took place on 30 September 2024 and was hosted in collaboration with Tshwane University of Technology’s Faculty of Management Sciences.
